Laravel 9 + Vue 3 + Vuetify Project Starter

A template I have created to ease starting a project with those popular frameworks, as all three frameworks have gotten big version updates.

Note:

• Tailwind is set to using the tw- prefix to avoid conflicts with Vuetify (e.g with the flex tag). All auto generated views have already been adjusted to use the prefix.
• The version of Vuetify is currently set to vuetify^3.0.0-beta.1 due to it being the only version supporting Vue 3. I will update the repo as soon as the stable release is out.
