How to run in dev mode

first run only tailwind observer npm run watch:css second step npm run serve which deploy local server

or can execute both with npm run deploy:local

How to deploy in your server?

if you use amplify ( aws ) you can give npm run deploy:prod as command to execute

this command will create a build folder which has project inside with css
