🛠️ Installation & Setup

Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/your-username/confer.git
cd confer

Install dependencies
```
npm install
```

Create a .env.local file and add your environment variables:

NEXTAUTH_SECRET=your_secret_key
NEXTAUTH_URL=http://localhost:3000
ZEGOCLOUD_APP_ID=your_zegocloud_app_id
ZEGOCLOUD_SERVER_SECRET=your_zegocloud_server_secret

Run the development server
```
npm run dev
```
Open http://localhost:3000 to see the app live! 🚀
