How to use
Install composer modules:
composer install
Install npm modules

Create .env:
copy .env.example .env
Generate a new artisan key:
php artisan key:generate
Generate migrations
php artisan migrate
When prompted to generate database:
yes
To run:
npm run dev
php artisan serve
