Simple React Project Manager With Tailwind Css

This is a basic React Project Manager that I made when learning the basics of React. I used Tailwind CSS to style the project. Also to note: There is substantial prop-drilling in the project so don't reference this for complex state but for the Tailwind and fundementals of states, components, portals, and refs.
