You can use Chrome to install this app to your PC's desktop. Toggle these chrome development flags:

1. App Banners: chrome://flags#enable-app-banners
2. Experimental App Banners: chrome://flags#enable-experimental-app-banners
3. Desktop PWAs: chrome://flags#enable-desktop-pwas

Once enabled, you'll see an "Install Tailwindcsss..." option in Chrome's drop down menu (...). Then you'll get a prompt to "Add" and will save it as PWA.
