Bootstrap a developer-friendly NextJS app configured with:

• Typescript
• Styling with Tailwind
• Linting with ESLint
• Formatting with Prettier
• Linting, typechecking and formatting on by default using husky for commit hooks
• Testing with Jest and react-testing-library
