• mix deps.get
• mix ecto.setup
• mix phx.server
• Open localhost:4000 in a browser window

Features:

• Center-aligned panel with a max-width set and height fills area.
• Gets smaller with browser window.
• Large table area is scrollable (horizontally and vertically).
• Table pager stays visible.
• Toolbar and statusbar areas stay visible.
